FAQ

Frequently asked questions

001Do we need AI if we have five employees?
Company size matters less than whether a task repeats. In a five-person company the fastest return usually comes from writing quotes, answering enquiries and preparing documentation — the work everybody does a little of.
002What does introducing AI cost in a small company?
Tools are billed monthly per user and cost tens of euros for most teams. The larger share of the cost is preparing data and setting up the process, so we always start with one task whose impact is measurable.
003May we enter customer data into ChatGPT?
Entering personal data into a public tool is processing of personal data and falls under GDPR. Business versions allow a data processing agreement and exclusion from model training; without that, data must be anonymised before entry.
004What does the EU AI Act require of us?
For most companies that only use AI, the key obligation is AI literacy: employees must understand how the system works, what its limits are and how to use it safely.
005Why does our company not appear in ChatGPT answers?
Models name companies whose data they can find and confirm across several sources. If your offering is not written in machine-readable form, the model has nothing to name you on.
006Do we need a website first, or AI tools?
If you need new enquiries, the website and visibility come first, because they are the source AI takes its data from. If you are losing time on internal work, that process gets automated first.
