What data we collect

• Contact form: full name, company name, phone and (optionally) email, only what you enter yourself.
• Email and phone: data you send us directly.
• We do not collect special categories of personal data and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare the mini-analysis you requested (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• For communication you agreed to by submitting the form (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we never sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and related data are kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last communication, unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship, in which case statutory retention periods for business records apply.

Who we share it with

With service providers necessary to run the site and email (hosting, email service), who process data under our instructions. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA unless a provider requires it, in that case with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

The site does not use marketing or analytics cookies that require consent. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before activating them.

Your rights

• the right to access, rectify and erase your data,
• the right to restrict processing and to object,
• the right to data portability,
• the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
• the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, in Croatia, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
